Needed a storage unit at short notice, stopped in store and the manager helped us pick out a unit, gave us some options and a tour of the complex. The process was fast, simple, transparent but the best part was the customer service! I highly recommend Marymoor Self Storage if you are looking for a unit.

This self-storage facility is safe and makes it easy to move your things in and out. We came in responding to an ad for 50% off the first two months. Unfortunately, the discount was not honored during the time we stored our things there. We let Cinda know at the front desk, and though it took a couple months, she persevered and got us our discount refunded. Thank you Cinda! We would come back and work with Cinda anytime. :)

Starting here after needing to find a new storage facility started out as a seamless experience. However, after my first and only month, I was asked to vacate the property.From what I understand, offering to share my oversized Indian lunch with some of the tenants and the front office made people feel unsafe even though I used no inappropriate, vulgar or threatening language.On the other hand, after a long conversation with the young man who was working at the front office about our similar yet different great life lessons, transitions, and experiences —time and energy I now know I gave away too freely—he felt it was okay to share details about his personal life that I know are not appropriate to discuss with a tenant. YET I did not become offended or judgmental but rather just tried to just be a good listener.I was informed that, in all of this, I had made others on the property feel unsafe. After being asked to vacate, I agreed without any issue that this was not a good fit for me…And unfortunately, after I told the manager about the experiences that had made ME feel uncomfortable but I hadn’t brought up (i.e. the man with a white van who stores at the facility who was lingering a lot at the entrance of the facility whilst spending excess time talking with another woman ego stores there ….or the man —who had a unit next to the one assigned to me —who was always coming in just before closing and always there in the morning when I was working or changing my own gear out t…or that the young man at the front office had shared details of his personal life with me without warning or me asking…I was still asked to vacate, being cited as the source of making others feel unsafe.While I very much appreciate all the time and effort that company put into the service process, I think the ownership needs to be more aware of everything that’s going on. Period.

I rented a unit here for about a year and a half. At one point someone tried to cut my lock and damaged it, though thankfully nothing was stolen. I reported it to the staff and handed over the broken lock to security, but never heard anything back about it. I had to buy two new locks myself.Recently I needed to move and gave them my 30-day notice on June 2, planning to vacate by July 2, exactly as the contract requires. But on June 26 I got an invoice charging me for the entire month of July. My spouse went in person to clear it up and was told it would be corrected.Then on June 28, when I went to pick up the last of my stuff and clear out the unit, my access code didn’t even work anymore. When I asked about it, the person at the desk told me June 26 was actually my “last day” and now I’d be billed an extra $100 for two “cut” locks and $150 for “trash removal” of my items—which were apparently already gone.There’s no email on the invoice to contact anyone, just a phone number I haven’t been able to get through on. My stuff is gone, my locks are gone, and now they want even more money on top of that.Bottom line: terrible communication, zero transparency in billing, and no real customer service. I can’t recommend this place at all.

I cannot say enough good things about Marymoor Self Storage. I stored furniture and boxes here for just over a year and used their U-Haul services a couple times as well, and every part of my experience was absolutely seamless. Adam was an amazing help through everything; the facility is clean, secure and easy to navigate, and there are always plenty of carts available whenever you need to move. I would recommend Marymoor Self Storage to anyone on the Eastside - even if you're living outside of Redmond, it's worth the drive.

Clean and secure

Adam is the BEST!! I have been a customer for about 10 years now and when I worked across the street at Reflections by Windsor, I ALWAYS referred people who were in need of storage options. The facility has always been well maintained and clean (never have I ever seen a spider or it's web). Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I would still recommend Marymoor Self Storage to anyone I know in that area. My only problem with them is the price. Having been there for so many years, It's really frustrating that the price keeps going up.

The manager here is great. Pleasure to work with and extremely friendly. Units are clean. Toilets are clean. Overall great storage facility.

Very clean. Secure. Nice sized storage bins available. $159 for 10x5 Update: we used our bin for 1.5 years and really liked it. Access is so easy. It’s super clan and bright. Most importantly, secure!

Horrible service and staff

Clean, secure, with very easy access. Pleasure using this facility, as well as working with Adam who was always helpful, setting up the unit and figuring out moving in, renting uhaul trucks as needed. Would highly recommend or use again as needed!

Incredibly friendly staff and painless rental experience

Adam was awesome in every way. Knowledgeable, professional and understanding of my somewhat unique needs. I had movers cancel on me at the 11th hour and was scrambling for a solution before leaving town. Adam took the time to understand my needs and got me settled quickly. He was terrific. And then, he went out of his way to follow up on my rental truck reservation. He spotted that my truck wouldn’t be ready according to my reservation and he made the extra effort to arrange an alternative pickup location. He was awesome on a day when I needed the extra help. I recommend this group with my highest regards.

I see the other reviews Originally, why was Ashley so rude to just me? I was SO NICE TO HER. Originally she told me to come back for my cash refund the next day. So I drove all the way out there and then she said "oh we didn't have enough cash to refund so I sent in in a check in the mail. Should be there this week" well I have yet to see my refund or even know what the amount is..I know they have my number and email address? Why did I waste gas and half a day driving back to be snubbed and treated rude?...update they finally sent my refund..said they were working on it..its been half a year, it was only 50bucks but what a lame way to treat nice customers!! I was not apologized to directly for the woman who worked there and how she treated me. Just on this review to save face.

We arrived to pick up the truck we reserved only to find out the power was out from the previous nights storm, doesn't look good. Out from a parked car comes Adam, he works there, explaining that he can't rent to us without a working reservation system. He calls around to find a solution, by following him to a nearby location to complete the rental. He went the extra mile so we could pick up the furniture my daughter purchased. When we return, the power is still out, guess who is there to check us back in? Adam was there all day helping people. Some smart company is going to snap Adam up!

Very clean safe and friendly staff!

I'm writing a 5 star review for a self storage unit - that's how great this place is. The staff is excellent, answered all my questions, was incredibly responsive. They pick up the phone and if they're unavailable, they'll call you back ASAP. Adam spent 20 minutes showing me around and how to access everything. This place is incredible, the prices are competitive and the location is excellent.

My husband and I have had a great experience with Marymoor Self-Storage. Adam has been so helpful—helping us find the best storage & boxes for our items. It’s the cleanest (nicest smelling!) facility we’ve ever been to. We highly recommend Marymoor Self-Storage!

There was mixup with my Uhaul rental. I spent 45 minutes ‘on hold’ over the phone, also went to another neighborhood Uhaul across the way, and received no help. I swung by Marymoor Self Storage as a last resort. Adam at the front counter took initiative to help me sort out the issue, find a same-day rental for the specific truck requested and even called other neighboring locations to switch the reservation for me. Adam’s a pro - he’ll treat you right and sort out your storage and rental needs.

Marymoor Storage is the kind of place where you can get excellent customer service whether you are renting a storage space, just purchasing a few boxes, or even just calling for a referral to a quality moving company.Several years ago I needed a storage container on very short notice. Adam picked up the phone with a surprisingly friendly demeanor set me up. I only rented the space for a few months, but every interaction I've had here was positive. The spaces are clean and well-maintained. I felt my possessions were in good hands.Earlier this month I was able to call them up and ask for a recommendation to a moving company that would be as safe as possible to move with. Today, I was able to call them and confirm that they had hanging garment moving boxes, and within minutes I was able to go and purchase them. While there I was able to pick up a couple of sets of boxes for my dishes as well.Thank you Adam for your years of help.

Adam, was the most pleasant person to assist me with scheduling and providing access for my new storage unit. He walked me through the fees, insurance requirements/enhancements, etc. and was transparent on everything. I’ve only heard nightmarish stories about storage companies but Adam definitely gave me peace of mind that all my possessions were in a secure place and with trustworthy staff (him). Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the service provided and how convenient the location is.

I was looking for long term storage unit around Redmond and Bellevue, visited over two dozens locations and want to say that this is one of the best place. All the search query parameters have been done perfectly: comfortable load/unload zone, wide elevators to operate pallets freights, spacious hallways, with forced ventilation and temperature controlled, clean, secured. I'm totally satisfied and definitely would recommend this storage to my friends.

Adam, the manager at Marymoor Self Storage, checked me into a great unit with air conditioning. Easy access to the facility with a personal pin code, over sized elevator and hand carts to haul your stuff from car/truck to the unit. Great location east of Marymoor Park.
